What Foundation actually means

Most growth agencies sell tactics. We sell the machine. The funnel, the CRM, the sales process, and the media stack, designed, built, and run as one system, by one team, in one engagement.

That distinction is the whole point. When the funnel is on Framer, the CRM is half-configured on someone's free Notion template, and the sales process lives in a Slack thread, you don't have a marketing problem. You have a systems problem. Foundation is the system.

The 14-day build cycle

Two weeks. Signed engagement to live system. Here's what actually happens:

Days 1–3. Onboarding intake. The 12-area diagnostic. Offer economics, ICP, current stack, sales process, brand assets, team, constraints, goals. No build work starts before this is complete.

Days 4–7. System design. We architect the full machine on paper. Funnel pages, CRM schema, automation flows, sales pipeline stages, reporting layout, media campaign structure. You see it before we build it.

Days 8–12. Build and deploy. Funnel pages shipped. CRM wired to Stripe, calendars, SMS, voice. Automations live. Sales pipeline configured. Reporting dashboards online. Media campaigns built but not yet running.

Days 13–14. QA + launch. End-to-end test of every flow. Pixel events firing. Conversion tracking validated. Media campaigns go live. Closers are briefed and in-pipeline.

By day 15 you have a working system. You're not still waiting for "the creative team's first draft." You're not in a discovery sprint. You have a thing that runs.

We have administrative access while we operate the system. If we ever part ways, for any reason, any time, the system stays with you. No platform lock-in. No "you can't take the data with you." The clean exit clause is in writing.

The operating retainer

The build is fixed-fee, with a clear scope and a clear ship date. The operating retainer is a separate, quarterly commitment.

That second part matters. Acquisition systems compound. The first month of a Foundation deployment looks fine. The fourth month looks dramatically better. The eighth month looks like a different business. None of that shows up in week one. That is why we don't do month-to-month operating retainers. Anyone telling you they can prove the value of an acquisition system in 30 days is selling you a campaign, not a system.

During the operating quarter:

  • We run the media. Buying, creative iteration, scaling decisions.
  • We monitor and tighten the CRM. Drop-offs flagged. Sequences re-cut as data comes in.
  • We attend (or own) the sales pipeline review weekly.
  • We report against the actual numbers. CPL, show rate, close rate, AOV, LTV, not vanity dashboards.

What this isn't

We're being clear about this on purpose so the disqualification is easy:

  • Not a la carte. We don't sell just funnels, or just CRM, or just media. The whole point is the system. Want one tactic? Hire a specialist.
  • Not a lead-gen guarantee. We don't sign CPL guarantees or lead-volume contracts. The math doesn't work for either party.
  • Not pre-revenue. Foundation compounds an offer that works. It doesn't manufacture one. Pre-PMF businesses get sent to where to go instead.
  • Not strategy decks. No 60-slide pitch document. No "phase 1: discovery" theatre. We diagnose on the strategy call, scope on the proposal, and ship inside 14 days.

Concrete numbers

We give real figures on the strategy call once we understand the engagement. Foundation builds typically range £18k–£45k depending on scope, stack complexity, and how much net-new vs. migration is involved. Operating retainers start at £6k/month for the quarterly commitment, with paid media spend separately on your card.

If those numbers immediately feel off, too high, too low, or just out of your bracket, the strategy call is where we'll say so honestly and point you to the alternative that actually fits.
