How is this different from a packaged AI tool?
Packaged tools solve the average problem. Service businesses don't have average problems. We build agents around your specific business logic, connected to your specific stack. Not a generic chatbot pointed at a knowledge base.
Do I need a Foundation system to start here?
You don't need ours specifically, but you do need a working acquisition and CRM layer. Custom AI sits on top of a working business. If your funnel and CRM aren't in shape, we'll suggest Foundation first.
What does the audit cost?
The audit is a fixed engagement, scoped per business. The build sits separately on top. We'll give you concrete numbers on the call once we understand the operations surface.
Who owns the agents we build?
You do. The code, the prompts, the orchestration are all yours. We retain a right to use generalised patterns we develop, never your specific business logic, data, or implementations.
Where do the agents run?
Cloud, in your accounts. Model layer is provider-agnostic. Anthropic, OpenAI, or open-weight depending on the workload. Data residency and compliance are scoped per engagement.
Can we sign an NDA before the call?
Yes. Reply to the confirmation email with your standard NDA, or use ours. Either is fine.
